Toshiba releases powerful Qosmio X770 3D gaming laptop
Do you like this story?
The Qosmio boasts a specs sheet that puts many desktops to shame, including an i7 processor, 8GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 560M with 1.5GB of GDDR5 memory.
As if the internals weren't enough, also included is a proper 17.3 inch full HD 3D display with integrated IR emitter to link up glasses. Keeping things cutting edge in the sound department is a set of Harman Kardon speakers, ensuring complete audio visual immersion whilst gaming or watching movies. The Blu-ray player included is also capable of re-writing discs and even playing back 3D movies. There is also a 3D webcam for those who fancy a bit of 3D video chat.
Lag has been kept to a minimum for the most fussiest of gamers, with just a 5ms response time and a 120Hz refresh rate on the laptop's display.
A clever 500GB solid state hybrid drive keeps the laptop booting up quickly whilst another 500GB drive holds media and data.
Design-wise the Qosmio maintains the gamer look, opting for multiple flashing lights, red keyboard backlighting and a textured lid. USB 3.0 and Bluetooth 3.0 keep everything connected to the laptop running as quickly as possible.
