Suspected iPad 3 Part: Picture Hints at Design Changes

A freshly leaked photograph over at Apple.pro is alleged to be an iPad 3 part further fueling rumors that Apple will launch another tablet later this year. According to further investigation the part is dubbed as number 821. Important to note is that Apple.pro has been a reliable source for leaked Apple photos in the past.
The photo is purported to be an internal component that differs in part numbers from that of the iPad 2. The similar iPad 2 part is labeled as 1180 while the new leaked part has been augmented to 1259. What does that mean exactly? Well for starters it led sources to speculate that the part is for a different model (the iPad 3) and that it is also a sign that it’s receiving design changes.
Exterior Plug for iPad 3 Part is White in Color
In the photograph the exterior plug that would lie alongside the case is white in color. The author re-affirmed that the new iPad 3 would be offered in black and white models. Not a great deal of surprise there however.It’s not much, but at least it’s coming from a reliable source considering they were the ones who released black and white photos of the front of the iPhone 4 back in 2010. Stay tuned because we’re hoping they have some more top secret photos stashed away that can offer further insight into Apple’s latest tablet under development.
Internal Investigation for Hardware Leaks like this iPad 3 part
But, releasing photos like this doesn’t come without a price to pay because someone is responsible for the leak to this website. Also stated was that Apple has recently brought forth an internal investigation upon the leaks of hardware photos like you see here making it less likely that we will see another leak for some time.In other news, Foxconn has apparently solidified their exclusivity with Apple likely by offering component and other manufacturing price cuts that would be hard for Apple to turn down. Maybe we can expect some iPad 3 leaks from Foxconn now that they will probably be the only manufacturer once production begins.
