Google’s new Doodle now available in Europe, might also join the U.S. Google site later.

According to a Wikipedia entry, Francois Truffaut, aside from being a successful filmmaker and an influential critic of films, he is also one of the founders of the French new wave, the name given by critics for the filmmakers during the 1950s and 1960s France. Interestingly, the French New Wave products were influenced by classical Hollywood cinema and Italian Neorealism and it touched the social and political topics of the generation.
François Truffaut flaunts three colors only, black, white and dark yellow (if I’m not mistaken), and it features a man (Truffaut) replacing the second letter G in the Google logo — a very artistic logo in my opinion.
It is also worth noting that the Francois Truffaut Doodle doesn’t include special effects.
Last month, Google celebrated the big snowflake recorded by Guinness World Records that measured 15 inches in United States of America. Slightly similar to today’s Google Doodle, the Snowflake Google Doodle was not applied in the international Google.com version (available in other countries) except for United States-based users, and Google UK and Ireland.Via:Popherald
