EA Releases New Need For Speed: The Run Trailer and Screenshots

At EA's press event this week, we got to go hands-on with a number of impressive new games, like Battlfield 3: Aftershock, The Sims FreePlay, and Theme Park. But we weren't able to play the new Need For Speed iOS game this time-- instead, EA gave us some new screenshots and a slick trailer to share.

Details are sparse for the new NFS game-- we're not sure yet how much it will cost, or when it will be out. We do know that like its console cousins, NFS: The Run on iOS features a cross-country race from San Francisco to New York. There will be online multiplayer through EA's Origin network, plus five different environments and 30 licensed stock cars.
