Adobe’s EchoSign App Turns Your iPad into a Digital Signature Pad

In the digital age, providing a signature for a document has become an annoyance. More and more of us do business online, requiring scanners, fax machines, traditional mail, or slow websites for signing accounts and documents.Adobe has just released an app that could be a solution for many of us, following in the footsteps of its EchoSign Web service. EchoSign for iOS is available on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, and allows users to easily access EchoSign accounts to sign documents right on their iDevices.
With Adobe EchoSign, users can send documents for legally-binding eSignatures and get documents signed and returned in mere minutes and get instant signatures on an iPad or iPhone when meeting with a signer in person.
The status of agreements can be tracked with real-time status updates right in the app, and all signed agreements are stored in an EchoSign account for viewing at any time. Adobe guarantees that the EchoSign app offers the same protection as the Adobe EchoSign Web service for both the signer and the sender during the signing process, with key authentication, privacy, fraud protection, and consumer disclosure.
Adobe’s EchoSign app can currently be downloaded in the App Store for free.
