iPad 3 rumors suggest Siri technology. More on WWDC 2011…
With the recent Apple news that there will be no announcements other than software at the World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC 2011); it has all of us Apple enthusiasts saddened. We were truly hoping for some updates and announcements on the iPad 3, and especially the iPhone 5!The WWDC 2011 will be held on June 6-10 at Moscone West in San Francisco. The only way you’re getting a seat there is if you are a registered developer and have the sum of $1,599. Reports are suggesting that Siri technology will be demoed at the event.
Why is Apple not showing any new gadgets? Perhaps Apple is seeing supplier issues with the recent tragedy in Japan. This could take a toll on projected release dates if the raw materials are just not available in the quantities currently demanded.
This could be what is affecting the release date of the iPhone 5 which may be delayed to early 2012 according to reports.
Siri technology and its rumored inclusion in the iPad 3
Reports are suggesting that the next Apple iOS will be focusing a lot more on voice integration. Siri is an artificial intelligence and assistance technology that was bought out by Apple.We’ve heard that the Apple team is preparing the last essentials of Siri which will be showcased and demoed at WWDC. Siri started as a virtual personal assistant service via an iPhone app. Since Apple has taken over they have been working diligently to release it into their OS.
It’s a safe bet to say that this technology will see its functions on the iPad 3 as well. The iPad 3 could benefit form the voice integration technology which would also be loaded into the iPhone 5 upon its arrival.
