Apple’s Black Friday iPad 2 Discount – $41 to $61 Off?

Yesterday, Apple announced that it would be hosting a one day only sale on Black Friday, via its website. A reliable source has revealed the details of the sale to 9to5Mac, and it looks like you may be able to get a new iPad with a $41 to $61 discount, depending on the storage capacity that you’re after.
While it’s not the greatest deal around, it is in line with previous Apple discounts in years past. It’s rare for merchandise in the Apple Store to go on sale, so any deal is better than no deal, right?
It’s not only iPads that will be on sale. Apple will be offering $101 off on its line of Macs, making the entry level Macbook Air just $898. The iPod Touch and the iPod Nano will also be discounted, at $21 to $41 off for the Touch and $11 for the Nano.
9to5Mac also states that Apple will be discounting many of its accessories. A Smart Cover will run $11 less, and many third party accessories will be available at a discount as well, including the mophie JuicePack, JawBone Up, and the Jawbone Jambox. Finally, it looks like you may be able to get a $50 iTunes/App Store Card for $45.
These sales will be on Apple’s website, so there’s no need to get out of bed at 3AM to wait in the cold. Sleep in, and snag that Christmas iPad while you sip your morning coffee.
