Samsung launches biggest smart camera range yet at CES

Samsung has taken its biggest punt into the smart camera universe at CES with no less than five new snappers and camcorders on show. The WB850F, WB150F, ST200F, DV300F and QF20 make up the Korean manufacturer's largest number of smart releases so far and add to another three cameras already announced at CES.
Whilst not quite Fujifilm's 14 compact announcements-in-one-day madness, it means plenty of photo related juicyness to get stuck into. Keeping things exciting on the photo front is the 21x optical zoom packing WB850F which can ping images straight up to websites like Facebook and Flickr without the need to connect it to a computer.
Next is the DV300F which features a pair of screens so families can see what they are snapping of themselves. The idea is that it negates those poorly taken arm out shots you often take as a group. Again the social sharing feature means you can send photos and video straight to Facebook and YouTube as well as other sites.
The ST200F is the slimmest camera in the smart lineup and is designed to be pocket sized like a normal compact. A clever single click auto backup feature lets you copy shots straight from the camera to a computer without a connection, avoiding any nasty shot losing mistakes should you mislay an SD card. You can also send pictures to Microsoft's Sky Drive should you be a more cloud orientated person.
