NinJump HD for iPad is a fast-paced action game that involves a little ninja that you have to rise as high as possible while avoiding static and active obstacles. It’s developed by Backflip Studios, the folks behind Paper Toss, another hit iOS game. You climb by jumping between opposing walls (shades of Parkour). As you swing between the walls you’ll need to ward off birds, other ninjas, and angry squirrels. Exploding bombs and ninja stars round out the obstacles.
The graphics rich and beautiful. The music matches the gameplay perfectly. Simply put, this is an amazing game. The simplicity does reduce the replay value a bit, and the actions tend towards being repetitive, but for short bursts of play this is easily one of the best iPad apps available; perhaps second only to Angry Birds. The gameplay and controls are suitable for younger iPad users as well. This free game is a must-have iPad app for anyone who enjoys action games.
