Get Rescuing Some Baby Dragons in Snappy Dragons HD – iPad Game Review

Red wizards have kidnapped the Snappy Dragon’s yellow babies and it is up to you to travel the world to save them in Snappy Dragons HD! This game has only one goal and that is to destroy the wizards with your amazing fiery breath (just be careful you don’t hit the little ones)!
I know you’ve played and seen your fair share of physics-based games on your iPad, but this one is really adorable and incredibly fun.

Snappy Dragons HD has some of the cutest and most colorful graphics of any app I have ever had the chance to review. Each scene is very dynamic and has a considerable amount of detail that make it a lot of fun to look at even before you start playing.
For those of you who play these games like I do and can’t stand when you make a mistake, hitting the reload button gives you an absolutely instant refresh of the current level you are on. This means you can start again in a mere moment like the past mistake never even happened!
With 8 levels and 3 game modes, you’ll be playing this game (obsessively) for quite some time. There are also 4 different worlds to play in and 4 different dragons that you can play with that each have their own special abilities.

What I liked: I think my favorite part of this game is the smug and proud look that comes across your dragon’s face when you complete a level. It makes me smile myself each and every time I see it.

What I didn’t like: If you accidentally blow up your babies (how often do you get to say that?) there is no noise or on-screen acknowledgement that it happened.

To buy or not to buy: If you can’t resist the physics-based games, this is another one you really need to add to your iPad.
