Weather Live Review
Do you like this story?
Weather Live is a lusciously attractive way of telling the weather for the next 7 days, as well as many other statistics.
To say that Weather Live contains all the pertinent information anyone could want from a weather app would be entirely correct. There’s only actually one feature I’d have quite liked to have seen and I’m not entirely sure how possible it’d be: the ability to see what the weather was like on the same day last year. That’s a minor point though in the grand scheme of things as Weather Live has everything else covered. For any location, Weather Live includes the essentials such as a 7-day weather forecast and a guide to the weather across the hours of the current day. Further detail is provided through a ‘Feels Like’ temperature as well as the actual temperature. Highs and lows for the day is also provided along with humidity, precipitation, visibility and even pressure. Wind direction and speed is also included.
Such statistics would be no use, however, if the presentational aspects of Weather Live were weak. Fortunately, they’re just as strong. Temperatures can be viewed in either Fahrenheit or Celsisus and distances measured in Miles or Kilometers. Setting up numerous locations is easy and users can adjust how much information they can view at any one time. Visual appearances are great with the app consistently looking pleasant, adjusting to the weather and time of day that it’s loaded during. Further benefits are gained from the ability to view the current temperature via the Home Screen.
Weather Live is a comprehensive yet simple to use Weather app. For those obsessed on seeing how the weather is going to change, this one is pretty hard to beat.
