Practice Your Trick Basketball Shots in Dude Perfect HD – iPad Game Review

If you haven’t yet heard about Dude Perfect, they are the guys of YouTube fame that bring you “the world’s craziest basketball shots.” Dude Perfect HD is your chance to be one of them and practice your trick basketball shots.
To begin the game choose which ball you would like to use (basic basketball, bowling ball or beach ball) and which of the players you would like to emulate (Tyler, Garrett, Cory, Coby, Code or a Panda that must first be unlocked). Your choice could affect your outcome so be sure to give it some thought.

This game can be a little frustrating while you get used to the players and the different types of balls because it really is hard to get the knack of making them go where you need them to.
When you nail the shot, select the camera icon to view the replay. This is a neat feature because sometimes it’s quite amazing just how the ball ends up going through the hoop.
If you want to take your addiction to the next level, upgrade in the Dude Perfect store and design your own levels! And if you still need another challenge, take a chance on multi-player mode and see how you do against other players around the world.

What I liked: This game is so fun that you don’t even realize you are playing a physics-based puzzle game.

What I didn’t like: I found the background music in this app really distracting and entirely aggravating. Luckily the app is enough fun that I can forgive that. I wish when you turned the music off you could still keep the sound effects.

To buy or not to buy: It’s a great deal at $0.99!
